질문과 답변에서 "BSE"를 검색하니 BSE Free증명서와 제조증명서 동시에 공증을 받아도 된다는 답변을 찾아볼 수 있었습니다.
저희의 경우는, 판매증명서와 BSE Free 증명성를 동시에 공증받았는데요.
판매 증명서에 "We certify that the ingredients which they have declared in conformity with the entry 419 of Annex 2 of Regulation(EC) N.1223/2009(related to measures to prevent BSE/TSE contamination in cosmetics) and declared contained in the following cosmetic producst: 제품명/ 원재료 are in conformity with the Regulation (CE) N. 1223/2009 and subsequent amendments and can be used in the production of cosmetics.
We certify to have obtained the commitment from the Company that the products listed in the present document comply with EC Regulation (CE) nO 1223/2009 of30 November 2009 and subsequent amendments."
이러한 경우, 이 증명서가 BSE Free 증명서도 포함되었다고 볼 수 있을까요?
제조원 측에서는 해당 증명서가 BSE Free 증명서를 대체한다고 하는데... BSE가 Free라고 되어 있지 않고 BSE와 관련된 규정을 준수한다고 되어 있는데... 잘 모르겠어서 문의 드립니다.
BSE 관련된 내용은 저게 다이고, 나머지는 판매증명서에 대한 내용입니다.
이러한 경우 BSE Free 증명 서류로서 대체가 가능할 수 있을지 알려주시면 감사드리겠습니다.

BSE 증명서에는 다음 문구가 반드시 들어가야 합니다.
We hereby certify that all the cosmetics products mentioned in the following list do not use ( or contain) any animal sourced material ingredients such as Bovine, Ovine, Caprine and etc. Therefore they are free from BSE/TSE(Bovine/Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathy)
판매증명서상에는 다음 문구가 반드시 들어가야 합니다.
The above product is freely sold in Denmark and abroad by Manufacturer in compliance with all local laws and regulations.
이 두가지 내용이 그대로 판매증명서상에 기술되어 있다면 가능합니다만, 귀하가 기술한 내용은 판매증명도 BSE 증명서로도 부족합니다.
